Working With Us

Staff were asked: What does being part of Woodbridge Trust mean?

Having the opportunity to meet new colleagues and make good working relationships across the Trust allows me to up-skill myself in order to learn and grow from other professionals across the Trust.

Everyone is a part of the same Woodbridge family.

Being able to work alongside inspirational leaders and a Trust that has a vision to improve the quality of provision for the most vulnerable children and young people in our community at all levels is a privilege.

I felt uplifted after the Trust Collaboration Day, I always make a conscious effort to return to school and put into practice what we heard from the guest speaker.

The larger Woodbridge family has made inter school working and sharing of knowledge and expertise a lot easier and accessible.

I am very proud to be a member of Woodbridge, it is a fantastic Trust and I hope to work here for many years to come.

I have the opportunity to progress in different areas in my own school and across Woodbridge. Working alongside Trust wide colleagues I have been able to develop my own leadership styles by leading across the academy.

Woodbridge seems to grow in both strength and qualities each year. It is exciting to see how far it has come and I am looking forward to see what the future holds.

Our children and young people benefit from the vast skill set that exists within our Trust and we can share these skills to the benefit of our children and young people. I feel the staff in our schools and the wider Trust are role models for our children and young people.
